Star trails over Newgrange

from €55.00

Gallery Edition: Limited to 75 in series of three sizes on heavyweight fine art paper.

In the northeastern sky, Polaris, the ‘pole-star’, forms the centre point around which all of the other millions of stars spin slowly, continuously through the night. This exposure was taken over an hour during a clear night outside the entrance of the Neolithic passage tomb. The magnificent art on the kerbstone in the foreground is considered one of the jewels of the Boyne Valley.
