Cleenrath Dolmen lies just outside the village of Aghnacliffe and has been overshadowed by the strange and intruiging dolmen in the village, from whence it gets its name.

This wobbly looking tomb leans heavily to the right and if it was built by the same people who built Aghnacliffe Dolmen then it shows how they liked to throw the rule book out the window.

This looks like it could be the back of the dolmen, its actually the lower side.

Another view of the front of the tomb lying in an overgrown field which only enhaces it. I got the feeling many of the tombs around Ireland would look so much better in less managed and controlled circumstances.
